The Adipure is Adidas' entry into minimalist shoes.
Since I first learned about the new Adidas Adipure minimalist footwear at the Perform Better Functional Training Summit in Providence, RI, I had to get my feet into a pair. I've been a big fan of minimalist footwear for a while and I tried just about everything to do so. The Adidas Adipure is the first minimalist footwear geared towards training, not running.

My left leg seemed to have a slight calf strain that consistently tightened up after running a few miles and I had chronic knee pain in the opposite leg. This added strength helps to reduce chronic injuries throughout the entire body.

As going to the gym entered the realm of mainstream fitness, technology has kept pace and sneakers have become increasingly more advanced,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], offering support depending on gait, foot strike,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], type of arch and the degree of pronation of feet (the action of the foot from heel to toe).
