Similar shoes to Nike Free for outside training
I am seemingly always finding the perfect running shoe. I finally found one that I like, They are well-accepted at the gym, The business is Nike Free. I love these sneakers for indoor treadmill workouts, The only issue I have is that I cannot run outside in them because pounding the pavement with them gives me minor discomfort. I know the shoe is designed with minimimal support so no surprise there.
What I am looking for is a similar feeling shoe that I can use for outdoor training/racing provides more cushioning,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
Anybody have any choices? right now I use the Nike Zoom Vomero as my outdoor shoe. It fantastic cushioned training shoe,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I would certainly like something a little lighter/less clunky for race day.
Any pointers? I am a fairly neutral runner,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], And not excess weight.
If you're about the Nike shoes, not long ago i became a convert AWAY from them after ten years, test the Lunarglide. It's light but has a lot of cushion. a large amount of for me. I carry out in Mizunos now.
whenever you,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Find a shop utilizing tradein/return policy. My running store I'm an affiliate at has a 90 day trial period. You can bring the shoe back for full refund within 90 days and take very good pair to try. It took me about 6 months to find these Mizunos and I just did my first half Ironman in them after only getting them to three weeks and I love them.
in addition,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], i run in Mizunos. Mine are really light and portable (8.9 oz.) But have substantial support and amount of cushion, If that pays for itself. I've run several races in them and average 20 miles of using a week.
a shop in which I purchased my shoes has an actual (summary) Running track where you can try the shoes out house them. I didn't check out their return policy and I'm pretty lucky that I didn't have issues with the fit of these sneakers.
