Company to create 21st Century Fox and a new News Corp
NEW YORK, June 11 () -- News Corp. shareholders in New York approved a proposal to split the company into a publishing company and a film and television business.Shareholders also voted to name the film and television business 21st Century Fox, The Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday.The official split into two companies will be completed by the end of June, the newspaper said.A separation will "enable us to respond more rapidly to fast-evolving markets,[url=http://www.govtvault.com/]cheap gucci belt[/url]," said publisher Rupert Murdoch, who serve as chairman and chief executive officer of 21st Century Fox and as executive chairman of the News Corp publishing company.
