KC Chiefs to celebrate 50 years in Kansas City with series of promotions,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]

In a world where cynicism runs rampant, it was interesting how much the Chiefs organization focused on the fans and the community during the announcements. Just about everything Hunt discussed Tuesday seemed like a heartfelt thank you to the people that have given his family and the Chiefs organization so much since 1962. The spirit of team founder and owner, the late Lamar Hunt, was evident throughout the presentation.
Part of the presentation outlined how the club will honor 50 Kansas Citians that have helped shape the community. All will be featured on the team's web site with extensive biographies and ten of them will be honored individually at each of the team's 10 home games next year,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].

The card will give the season ticket holder a 15% discount on merchandise as well as a discount on selected concession items.
