Former porn star Jenna Jameson accused of assault
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., April 7 () -- Former porn star Jenna Jameson said Sunday she's innocent of a battery charge brought against her after an incident at a home in Newport Beach, Calif.The entertainment news website TMZ reported Jameson, who turns 39 Tuesday, was the subject of a citizen's arrest shortly before 8 p.m. PDT Saturday.TMZ said its law enforcement sources said Jameson allegedly assaulted someone who then flagged down a police officer.Newport Beach police Lt. Evan Sailor told the Los Angeles Times Jameson, whose real name is Jenna Marie Massoli, was charged with battery and later released on her own recognizance with a court date for a hearing on the misdemeanor charge.No injuries were reported, the newspaper said.The Times said Jameson posted a message on Twitter, saying a friend had broke into her house and robbed her. She said the friend had "accused me of gusting her,[url=http://www.christianslouboutinsales.com]Christian Louboutin Black[/url]," the newspaper reported without further explanation.TMZ said Jameson was to have attended an early birthday party at Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim later Saturday night. James was arrested for driving under the influence last year after crashing her car into a utility pole.
