North Dakota mulls corridor for natural resources through Minnesota

Jack Dalrymple said he was backing the company's plan to develop an energy transportation corridor that would parallel the existing transmission line.Allete's clean energy subsidiary plans to extend the right-of-way in North Dakota by 60 miles to accommodate a transport route for natural gas and other forms of energy to connections in Minnesota.
