DETROIT, Aug. 21 () -- Torii Hunter's two-run double gave Detroit the lead during a four-run seventh inning Wednesday that propelled the Tigers to a 7-1 win over Minnesota.The first two Detroit batters were retired in the seventh,[url=http://www.xirland.com]christian louboutin men[/url], but the Tigers then took advantage of four hits, a walk and a passed ball to break the game open.Hunter's double accounted for the first two runs of the inning and Victor Martinez finished things off with an RBI double of his own.Miguel Cabrera then drove in all three runners with a double in the eighth to run his RBI total for the season to 123.It was Detroit's third win in four games.Anibal Sanchez allowed one run over 6 2/3 innings without figuring in the decision. The win went to Drew Smyly (5-0), who relieved Sanchez and retired the only three men he faced.Jose Vargas came on in the eighth when Detroit had only a three-run lead and wound up grabbing his 20th save.Kevin Correia (8-10) worked six scoreless innings, but became the seventh-inning victim and took the loss.
