10 things you need to know about the new UNC head football coach,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]
The University of North Carolina introduced Larry Fedora as the new head football coach Friday afternoon. 10 - Larry Fedora played college football for a private liberal arts school named Austin College, which is located in Sherman, Texas. The co-ed, liberal arts institution is affiliated with the presbyterian church. Fedora was an honorable mention All-American in both 1983 and 1984, and he helped the team to an NAIA championship in 1981.
9 - Fedora spent time in the high school ranks in Texas, coaching at Garland High School, before moving to his first job in college football at Baylor, although it was well before QB Robert Griffin III ever even thought about attending that institution.
